“SeraphSkye” is the gamertag I came up with after watching The Matrix: Reloaded. Yes. I am that unoriginal. I wanted “Skye”. But 170 out of 2 times, that name would always be registered for whatever annoying free online game. Seraph was that cool asian dude played by Donnie Yen. My friends Kiken and Piper mentioned that he reminded them of me. Way to put me into the generic Asian demographic, guys <3

Either way. He was still a cool character. Put 2 and 2 together, you get SeraphSkye.

I finished my Bachelor in ICT in Rotterdam in the summer of 2007 and have been working as a Marketing Consultant with an awesome team for the distributor of two awesome shoebrands. Outside of work, I spend a lot of time online in Final Fantasy XI. I despise World of Warcrap. If I’m ever going to be elitist about something, it’s going to be THAT.

I enjoy videogames alot, including the original Warcraft series, so get your panty untied, Mr. T. What’s my game? FFXI. I’ll admit that I’m a graphics whore. I’ll play any game that looks gorgeous (Squaresoft spoiled me with Final Fantasy 8.) but….I suck at First Person Shooters and wargames. I don’t know why I bought Warhawk. I guess it’s because I am very weak to Sony’s Hype Machine. Want proof? Whenever I visit my friend Dylan from Paladin Studios, he invites me to join the crew in a quick multiplayer game of Call of Duty 2. I end up getting killed the most every single time.

What? Not proof enough? Okay.

I’ll play RPGs, adventure games and music games any time. Even Singstar. I’m a Square Enix fanboy, along with anything Final Fantasy.

I love gadgets and geekery so chances are you’ll find me wearing game-related t-shirts. However. Working for a certain fashionbrand allows me to mix and match it fantastically to make geekwear chic.

I don’t really care if you can beat me in videogames. It’s all it is. A game. Please try to remember that, folks. Don’t give the gaming community a bad name and steal PSP’s from a 9-year old.

I’m also an amateur voice actor, and actually maintain the (notorious?) Voice Acting Alliance. I’ve lent my voice to countless of audio dramas, a few flash animations and in AGDInteractive’s remake of King’s Quest II . I suck at stage acting, because I cannot memorize lines, even if I wanted to. So I resorted to voice acting, which helped me get rid of that horrible dutch accent. Check out my fandubs on Youtube!
